Building ManagerThe trustees employ two full-time on-site building managers who are responsible for day-to-day matters including maintenance, cleaning, gardening, handyman, access control, security and logistics, and managing nuisances. SecurityThe Trident Security Officers are on site 24/7 to control access and ensure safety, security and “quiet enjoyment” for all residents and their visitors. They are based at the entrances to A block and B block. |
