Trustees

The Trustees manage the Body Corporate on behalf of the owners. They are responsible for decision-making on management, maintenance and  service providers. Consult them on decisions, rules and grievances.

Building Manager

The trustees employ two full-time on-site building managers who are responsible for day-to-day matters including maintenance, cleaning, gardening, handyman, access control, security and logistics, and managing nuisances. Please ask them for information and report problems to them.

Security

The Trident Security Officers are on site 24/7 to control access and ensure safety, security and “quiet enjoyment” for all residents and their visitors. They are based at the entrances to A block and B block.
